We take the long term view in our relationships with clients (both prospective and actual), staff and vendors. Janitorial Service is an intangible product, and so it is vital that our customers can easily differentiate our service from those of our competitors. We use open disclosure on all our sales proposals confident in the knowledge that we deliver on all services contained in a proposal. We are happy to provide free estimates for budget purposes even if we do not make a sale this time. We view this as an important part of relationship building and client service. Through experience, we find that when the time is right the client returns and chooses our service.
